La routine quotidiana è quello che facciamo ogni giorno, dalla mattina alla sera. Ecco alcuni verbi relativi alla routine quotidiana: svegliarsi, alzarsi, fare colazione, lavarsi i denti, lavarsi la faccia, lavarsi le mani, fare (o farsi) la doccia, vestirsi, mettersi (la giacca), pranzare, cenare, andare a letto. Alcuni di questi verbi sono riflessivi: svegliarsi, alzarsi, lavarsi, vestirsi, mettersi.
I verbi riflessivi si coniugano come dei verbi normali, aggiungendo i pronomi riflessivi: mi, ti, si, ci, vi, si. Ecco il presente dei verbi regolari:
Lavarsi: (io) mi lavo, (tu) ti lavi, (lui/lei) si lava, (noi) ci laviamo, (voi) vi lavate, (loro) si lavano.
Mettersi: (io) mi metto, (tu) ti metti, (lui/lei) si mette, (noi) ci mettiamo, (voi) vi mettete, (loro) si mettono.
Vestirsi: (io) mi vesto, (tu) ti vesti, (lui/lei) si veste, (noi) ci vestiamo, (voi) vi vestite, (loro) si vestono.
Attenzione ai verbi in -ire del secondo gruppo, come “trasferirsi”: (io) mi trasferisco, (tu) ti trasferisci, (lui/lei) si trasferisce, (noi) ci trasferiamo, (voi) vi trasferite, (loro) si trasferiscono.

Daily routine is what we do every day. Here are some verbs related to daily routine: svegliarsi (= to wake up), alzarsi (= to get up), fare colazione (= to have breakfast), lavarsi i denti (= to brush your teeth), lavarsi la faccia (= to wash your face), lavarsi le mani (= to wash your hands), fare -o farsi- la doccia (= to have a shower), vestirsi (= to get dressed), mettersi la giacca (= to put your coat on), pranzare (= to have lunch), cenare (= to have dinner), andare a letto (= to go to bed).
Some of these are reflexive verbs: svegliarsi, alzarsi, lavarsi, vestirsi, mettersi.
Reflexive verbs work like normal verbs plus the reflexive pronouns: mi, ti, si, ci, vi, si. This is the regular present tense:
Lavarsi: (io) mi lavo, (tu) ti lavi, (lui/lei) si lava, (noi) ci laviamo, (voi) vi lavate, (loro) si lavano.
Mettersi: (io) mi metto, (tu) ti metti, (lui/lei) si mette, (noi) ci mettiamo, (voi) vi mettete, (loro) si mettono.
Vestirsi: (io) mi vesto, (tu) ti vesti, (lui/lei) si veste, (noi) ci vestiamo, (voi) vi vestite, (loro) si vestono.
Some reflexive verbs can fall into the second -ire group, for example “trasferirsi” (= to move): (io) mi trasferisco, (tu) ti trasferisci, (lui/lei) si trasferisce, (noi) ci trasferiamo, (voi) vi trasferite, (loro) si trasferiscono.
